A major feature of the model is the ability to specify the positions of objects within an image using bounding boxes. For example, users can achieve detailed layout control, such as placing a person in the center and different buildings in the background on the left and right. Additionally, it can reflect up to 10 reference images in the generated images and supports the generation of images containing Japanese text.
As an image editing feature, it is possible to edit only designated areas, performing corrections while maintaining the other pixels. Generated resolution supports up to 4K.
FLUX 3 Image is currently available as a paid service from Black Forest Labs, with an open model version scheduled to be released within the coming weeks.
