Apple claims that there are concerns regarding the destruction of evidence by the opposing party in its lawsuit against OpenAI. As previously reported by Bloomberg, Apple indicated in documents filed on Monday its intention to seek expedited discovery from OpenAI.
According to Apple's claims, a MacBook used by a former employee central to the lawsuit was only recently handed over by OpenAI. It is alleged that the device contained records of discussions regarding the "destruction" of evidence.
