Grokipedia, the AI-powered online encyclopedia from SpaceXAI, appears to be updating its articles once again after a months-long pause. While Lawfare reported in August that the platform had not reviewed edits since April, the platform’s live updates site is now showing various recent changes to pages.

Recent activity includes fact-checking notes on specific pages, such as those for Barack Obama and Elon Musk, indicating recent scans. However, the scope of updates appears inconsistent, as some pages, like the one for Honolulu, show no fact-checking activity for seven months. The platform has also demonstrated the ability to process user suggestions, such as adding a release date for the game Gears of War: E-Day.
SpaceXAI has not immediately responded to a request for comment, and Elon Musk has not posted on X about Grokipedia since February. However, Benji Taylor, the head of design at X and SpaceXAI, posted last week stating, "We haven't forgotten about Grokipedia" and that "v0.2 will be better than ever."
