NVIDIA has opened applications for its 2027–2028 Graduate Fellowship Program, providing grants, mentorship, and technical support to doctoral students conducting research relevant to NVIDIA technologies. The program is currently accepting applications from students worldwide.
The fellowship focuses on research in areas including artificial intelligence, machine learning, autonomous vehicles, computer graphics, robotics, healthcare, and high-performance computing. Each award provides up to $60,000 to cover stipend, tuition, and mandatory fees through the student's university.
To be eligible, applicants must have completed at least their first year of Ph.D.-level studies. A mandatory requirement for fellows is to complete an in-person internship at an NVIDIA research office during the summer of 2027. Internship locations include the United States, Canada, Germany, Sweden, Finland, Switzerland, Israel, Taiwan, and Singapore.
Applications are evaluated based on student quality, research quality, and relevance to NVIDIA. The deadline for the 2027–2028 academic year is October 30, 2026. Winners will be notified on January 15, 2027.
