New Features and Improvements

OpenAI Agents API Support: Agents can now run via the new Agents API plugin in both OpenAI-hosted and self-hosted environments. Supported features include streamed replies, steering, live web search, OpenClaw tools, attachments, preserved tool history, and workspace context.
Enhanced Update Safety: The system now backs up all state and agent databases before migrations, restores them on rollback, and takes consistent snapshots during Gateway writes.
Session Access Improvements: Users with session-only grants can now read conversations, receive updates, copy history as Markdown, and manage their own sessions (rename, pin, archive, restore), while other users' sessions remain read-only.
Discord and Slack Enhancements: Bot-authored messages are now accepted by default when allowBots is omitted, and parent context is preserved when replying to a bot's Discord message.
Ultra Mode Update: Ultra can now be used as a turn-scoped harness mode on OpenClaw and Claude Code runtimes independently of the model's maximum reasoning effort.

Update and Migration: Fixed stack overflow issues during managed updates, addressed Windows updates that would strand new schemas, and added recovery for interrupted npm package updates.
Presence and Identity: Agents can now use the presence tool to list online users and their devices. Resolved issues where duplicate profiles could exist and improved user profile management.
Channel and Integration: Fixed issues with WhatsApp media uploads through proxies, restored reaction functionality for iMessage, Signal, and WhatsApp, and improved Gateway responsiveness during various channel lookups.
UI and Accessibility: Improved keyboard access, screen reader semantics, and contrast, and fixed various focus and rendering issues in the dashboard and GitHub previews.
