Anthropic provides options for users to subscribe to updates regarding service incidents. Through the Claude status page, users can sign up for email and/or text message notifications to receive information when incidents are updated or resolved.
The notifications cover elevated error rates for several services, including claude.ai, Claude Code, Claude Cowork, and the Claude API.
