However, after upgrading to macOS 27, the "no" switch for Apple Intelligence was no longer available in the standard settings menu. The user noted that while some settings can still be hidden using Screen Time restrictions, the core ability to opt out appears to have been eliminated.
The report also highlights concerns regarding data usage and storage, noting that Apple Intelligence occupies approximately 22.28 GB of disk space. The user criticized the removal of the opt-out mechanism as a significant violation of user consent within the AI industry.
