OpenAI has announced "ChatGPT for Financial Services," providing a ChatGPT experience specifically tailored for financial services. This service incorporates premium data from providers such as Daloopa, PitchBook, LSEG News, and Crunchbase, featuring a system that allows users to verify the sources of the data in detail.

The product was developed through design partnerships with Morgan Stanley and Evercore. It focuses on solving challenges in investment banking and equity research, specifically regarding access to reliable data and the creation of high-quality deliverables. In terms of functionality, it natively integrates "GPT-6 Astra," which possesses advanced capabilities in information retrieval, financial inference, and deliverable generation. This enables the understanding of numerical values, tables, and footnotes within complex financial documents, as well as the synthesis of analysis results into documents and spreadsheets.

Additionally, the service provides template management for organizational administrators, integration with existing data subscriptions (such as S&P Capital IQ, MSCI, Dow Jones Factiva, and Moody's), and enterprise-level security management features. OpenAI explicitly stated that customers' business data is not used for model training by default.
