Solo AI has announced the decision to shut down its service. All Solo websites and associated data are scheduled to be deleted on November 30, 2026, after which recovery of sites, accounts, or data will not be possible.
To facilitate the closure, the company will provide users with a ZIP file containing an HTML export of their website and a CSV file containing links to image assets, contact form data, and newsletter submissions. The company noted that original image source files are not included in the ZIP and recommends downloading them individually via the provided CSV links before the deadline. For migration, Solo suggests popular hosting providers such as Wix, Squarespace, and WordPress, or AI website builders like Bolt and Lovable.
Users with active Solo Pro or Grow subscriptions will receive pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of their current billing period, calculated as of October 1, 2026. These refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and subscriptions will not be renewed. Additionally, users who purchased domains through Solo Domains (not IONOS) must migrate them to Name.com.
