xAI announced on September 3, 2026, that it has begun providing "Grok Bot for Enterprise," a resident AI agent for businesses. The agent operates on dedicated computers in the cloud, capable of manipulating websites and applications on behalf of users and saving executed procedures to run autonomously.
The enterprise plan provides three control functions: access, network, and auditing. For network control, administrators can configure allowlists to restrict destination domains and IP ranges. Regarding auditing functions, the bot's operation records are retained for 90 days, and audit logs, OpenTelemetry exports, and SCIM are available.
The bot's permissions are designed to comply with the permissions of the signed-in member, and users can choose whether to grant permission for high-impact operations on a case-by-case basis. xAI stated that thousands of organizations, including ServiceTitan, have already adopted the service.
