Flow Engineering, a San Francisco-based startup that provides AI tools for hardware design, announced on Wednesday that it has raised $50 million in a Series B funding round. The round, which brings the company's valuation to $750 million, was co-led by Antonio Gracias of Valar Equity Partners and Gavin Baker of Atreides Management.

The company offers AI agents designed to automate the alignment of CAD drawings with product requirements, simulation results, and other testing data to address challenges in hardware design. Its customer base includes companies such as Anduril, Rivian, Joby Aviation, General Motors PPU, RV Tech, and Stoke Space.
Participating in this round were Sequoia Capital, which led the company's Series A in October, and individual investor Roelof Botha, a former Sequoia partner. Botha has joined Flow Engineering's board.
