Hitachi has positioned its AI business as one of its key management pillars and announced a policy to expand the business's revenue to approximately 500 billion yen by 2030.

The company stated that it aims to further evolve its industrial AI platform, "Lumada," through collaboration with NVIDIA. Specifically, Hitachi is proceeding with the development of "Lumada 3.0" to support the utilization of generative AI, and will deploy new services including AI infrastructure for data centers, cybersecurity, and "AI Operations" to streamline AI management.

Additionally, the company plans to accelerate digital transformation (DX) support for customers by providing solutions utilizing advanced AI technology across various industrial sectors, such as manufacturing, energy, finance, and data centers.
