Security service provider HENNGE announced on October 1st that it has established a new company, "HENNGE AI," aimed at supporting governance and cost management in AI utilization.

The company will adopt a structure where, aside from two directors, no employees are assigned; instead, AI agents that can autonomously perform tasks such as development, marketing, and customer support will handle practical operations. Sales and some back-office operations will be managed by HENNGE's headquarters.

HENNGE AI will develop the "AI Gateway" service, which provides centralized management of connections to multiple AI models. The service will include features such as AI model allocation by user or group, visualization of usage costs, and security settings, and aims to integrate with AI services like ChatGPT and Claude. The service is scheduled to launch in September 2027.

The company also aims to verify the optimal organizational structure for utilizing AI agents and intends to share the insights gained through these operations with its users.
